Fruit Chef's Salad

Ingredients
  Bite size lettuce pieces 3 Quart, rinsed and crisped (Red Leaf)
  Asian pear/2 bartlett pears 1 Large
  Kiwi fruit 2 Large, peeled and thinly sliced crosswise
  Carrot 1 Large, peeled and shredded
  Provolone cheese 1⁄2 Pound, cut into julienne strips
  Cooked ham 1⁄2 Pound, cut into julienne strips
  Mustard dressing 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Place lettuce in a large salad bowl.
Quarter pear, core, and cut in thin wedges.
Arrange pear, kiwi fruit, carrot, cheese and ham in neat mounds over greens.
Pour mustard dressing over salad and mix lightly together.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
