Summer Vegetable Salad
|Red bell pepper||1⁄2|
|Sliced celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Snow peas||1 Cup (16 tbs), ends and strings removed|
|Sliced cauliflower||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Dill dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
Tear lettuce into bite-size pieces.
Cut tomatoes into wedges.
Slice cucumber, red pepper and red onion.
Toss all vegetables in salad bowl with Dill Dressing.
