Stuffed Apricot Salad

Ingredients
  Canned apricot halves 1 Pound (1 1/2 cup)
  Cream cheese 3 Ounce (1 package)
  Milk 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Chopped dates 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  French dressing 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (adjust quantity as needed)
  Salad greens 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Drain apricots and reserve syrup for other uses.
Beat cheese, milk, and salt until light and fluffy.
Stir in dates and stuff apricot halves with mixture.
Put on salad greens and garnish each serving with a cherry.
