Health Salad

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 2
  Cucumber 4
  Carrots 3
  Apple 1
  Lettuce head 1
  Cream/Sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Sugar To Taste
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Peel and wash carrots, cucumber and apple and grate them.
Combine cream, salt, pepper, sugar, honey and lemon juice.
Add this to grated vegetables and apple and mix well.
Cut tomatoes into slices or wedges.
Wash lettuce and separate leaves.
Arrange around a plate.
Put the grated mixture in the centre.
Arrange tomato slices on lettuce leaves.
Sprinkle salt and pepper.
Chill.
