Classic Spinach Salad
|Fresh spinach leaves||1⁄2 Pound|
|Sliced mushrooms||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Tomato||1 Medium, cut into wedges|
|Seasoned croutons||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Chopped red onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Bacon slices||4 , crisp cooked and crumbled|
|Vinaigrette dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Lite Classic Dijon Type)|
|Hard cooked egg||1 , sliced|
In large salad bowl, combine spinach, mushrooms, tomato, croutons, red onion and bacon.
Add lite classic Dijon vinaigrette dressing and toss gently.
Garnish with egg.
