Mixed Green Salad
|Assorted raw vegetables||6 Cup (96 tbs) (Such As Sliced Broccoli, Sliced Cauliflowerets, Green Pepper Strips, Sliced Celery, Shredded Carrots, Sliced Fennel, Tomato Wedges, And Sliced Pitted Olives)|
|Torn mixed salad greens||4 Cup (64 tbs) (Such As Iceberg, Leaf, Bibb, And Boston Lettuce, Curly Endive, And Romaine)|
|Snipped parsley||3 Tablespoon|
|Dried basil||2 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Olive oil/Salad oil||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Wine vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
In large salad bowl combine raw vegetables and torn salad greens.
Sprinkle with snipped parsley, basil, and salt; drizzle with olive oil or salad oil and wine vinegar.
Toss salad mixture till vegetables and salad greens are well coated.
