Taffy Apple Salad
|Granny smith apples||4 Cup (64 tbs), peeled and diced|
|Cool whip||8 Ounce|
|Crushed pineapple||8 Ounce, drained and liquid reserved|
|Miniature marshmallows||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Walnut||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
Place pineapple juice, sugar, egg, flour, and vinegar in small saucepan and stir to remove all lumps before beginning to cook.
Cook stirring until mixture thickens, then cool.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Then add apples, pineapple, marshmallows, and walnut.
