Salmon And Macaroni Salad

Ingredients
  Cream 1 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salmon 1 Can (10 oz)
  Cooked macaroni 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cooked peas 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Diced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cooked diced carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lettuce leaves 1
Directions

Add the cream, vinegar, and sugar to the mayonnaise, stirring until all are well-mixed.
Remove the bones and skin from the salmon and flake it into small pieces.
Add the macaroni and vegetables.
Last, pour the mayonnaise mixture over the vegetable, macaroni, and salmon mixture; toss until they are covered.
