Three Color Cactus Salad
|Cooked nopalitos||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Nopalitos||15 Ounce, drained, rinsed (1 Jar)|
|Ripe tomatoes||4 Medium, cored and sliced 1/4 inch thick|
|Onion||1 Medium, sliced thinly and separated into ring|
|Fresh cilantro sprigs||1 Tablespoon (Coriander)|
|Limes||2 , each cut into 6 wedges|
Prepare Cooked Nopalitos.
On a large platter, arrange nopalitos, tomatoes, and onion.
Garnish with cilantro.
Offer limes to squeeze over individual servings
