Orange And Pepper Salad

  Sweet red pepper 1 , cut into 1/2 inch pieces
  Orange 1 Small, peeled and cut into 1/4 inch slices
  Black olive 1 , pitted and chopped (Imported)
  Orange juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped fresh parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh rosemary 1 Teaspoon
  Honey 1 Teaspoon
  Grated orange rind 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Coarse black pepper 1 Pinch

In a medium bowl, combine the red peppers, oranges and olives.
In a small bowl, whisk together the orange juice, parsley, rosemary, honey, orange rind and black pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
