Mandarin Pear Salad

  Yogurt 8 Ounce (1 Carton)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Blue cheese 2 Tablespoon, crumbled
  Pears 5 Medium, cored, and halved (Fresh, Unpeeled)
  Lettuce leaves 1
  Canned mandarin orange sections 22 Ounce, chilled and drained (2 Cans, 11 Ounce Each)

In small mixer bowl, combine yogurt, sugar, and 1 tablespoon of the crumbled blue cheese.
Beat dressing mixture with rotary beater or electric mixer till smooth.
Sprinkle dressing with remaining crumbled blue cheese.
Arrange pear halves on lettuce.
Fill centers with mandarin orange sections.
Pass blue cheese dressing.
