Noodle Salad

Ingredients
  Noodles 1⁄2 Pound (Uncooked)
  Red cabbage 1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded
  Mushrooms 7 Cup (112 tbs), sliced
  Cucumber/7 small cucumber 1⁄2 Large, sliced
  Olive oil 6 Tablespoon
  Red wine vinegar 6 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
Directions

Cook the noodles and divide them into three portions.
Place one portion in a large salad bowl.
Spread the shredded cabbage over these noodles.
Place another portion of the cooked noodles over the cabbage.
Spread the sliced mushrooms over the noodles.
Place the third portion of cooked noodles over the mushrooms.
Top the salad with the cucumber.
Mix the oil, vinegar, salt and pepper together and pour over the salad.
Do not toss.
