Frozen Fruit Salad

Ingredients
  Firm bananas 6 Large, sliced
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Canned crushed pineapple 32 Ounce, undrained (4 Cans, 8 Ounce Each)
  Frozen unsweetened strawberries 20 Ounce, thawed (1 Package)
  Water 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Frozen orange juice concentrate 12 Ounce, thawed (1 Can)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

In a medium bowl, toss bananas with lemon juice; set aside.
In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients; mix well.
Add bananas.
Pour into an ungreased 14-cup mold or plastic freezer containers.
Freeze for several hours or overnight.
Un-mold 20 minutes before serving.
