Ingredients
  Carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded
  Cucumber 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped or sliced
  Celery stick 6 , finely chopped
  Scallions 1 Bunch (100 gm), finely chopped
  Lettuce 1 (For Serving)
  Mayonnaise/French dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (For Serving)
Directions

Mix all the vegetables together in a large salad bowl.
