Crunchy Chef's Salad

Ingredients
  Plain yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Imitation)
  Catsup 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Canned sauerkraut 28 Ounce, well drained (1 Can, 1 Pound 12 Ounces)
  Broken lettuce 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Cooked turkey/Cooked chicken 2 Cup (32 tbs), cubed
  Muenster cheese slices 8 Ounce, cut into strips (1 Package)
  Hard cooked eggs 2 , shelled and sliced
  Tomato 1 , cut into wedges
Directions

1. Combine yogurt, imitation mayonnaise, catsup, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Chill to blend flavors.
2. Combine sauerkraut and 3/4 cup dressing in a small bowl; toss well.
3. Place lettuce in a large bowl. Top with some of the sauerkraut mixture. Arrange turkey or chicken, cheese, eggs and tomato, in spoke-fashion, on top of lettuce. Place remaining kraut in the center; cover with plastic wrap. Chill until serving time.
4. Toss salad until well mixed.
