Beef Salad L Orange

Ingredients
  Meat magic 8 Teaspoon (2 Tablespoons Plus 2 Teaspoons)
  White vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Minced garlic 1 Teaspoon
  Beef tenderloin/Other tender cut 1 Pound, cut into narrow strips
  Dairy sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Orange marmalade 2 Tablespoon
  Prepared horseradish 2 Teaspoon
  Creole mustard/Brown mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Iceberg lettuce 2 Quart, torn into bite-size pieces
  Chopped zucchini 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped yellow squash 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped green bell peppers 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped carrot 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

In medium mixing bowl, make paste with 2 tablespoons of the Meat Magic and vinegar.
Stir in onion and garlic and mix well.
Add beef strips and mix well with your hands to evenly coat.
Transfer to plastic bag, seal and refrigerate overnight.
Remove beef strips from refrigerator and let come to room temperature while you make the dressing.
Preheat broiler.
In small mixing bowl, make the dressing by thoroughly combining sour cream, mayonnaise, orange marmalade, horseradish, mustard and the remaining Meat Magic.
Reserve.
Place seasoned beef strips in a single layer in broiler pan.
Broil about 6 minutes or until well browned; turn strips.
Broil about 3 minutes or until well browned.
Remove from broiler and set aside.
