Water Cress Salad

Ingredients
  Garlic vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 6 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Pinch
  Black pepper 1 Pinch
  Garlic salt 2 Pinch
  Brown sugar 1 Pinch
Directions

Add cube of Roquefort cheese (cut with fork, not knife) after mixing other ingredients.
Add more oil or vinegar if necessary.
Pour dressing over water cress in wooden bowl.
Toss a number of times and serve immediately.
