The Christmas Tree Salad

Ingredients
  Pear halves 1 Can (10 oz)
  Cream cheese 4 Tablespoon
  Heavy cream 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Gelatin 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Cheese 2 Tablespoon
  Pimientos 3
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Cayenne 1 Dash
  Lettuce hearts 4
  Cream mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
Directions

To make the tree, take perfect halves of pears and color a bright, clear green by adding green coloring to juice and soaking pears overnight.
Put 2 halves together with a ball of cream cheese.
Turn individual salad ring molds upside down, and force pear part way into center of ring mold making a stem for the tree.
Color part of the cream cheese pale green and part a bright rose.
Force green cheese through stem end of decorator (tube), making circles all around pear to the top.
Here and there on the tree make a leaf.
Put a rose cheese 'flower' on top of the pear and dot smaller rose cheese flowers over the 'tree.'
These are the decorations on the Christmas tree.
