Corny Lettuce Salad

Ingredients
  Shredded lettuce 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Corn 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), thawed (Fresh Or Frozen)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Cider vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Poppy seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Grated onion 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Vegetable oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Finely chopped sweet red pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

In a salad bowl, toss the lettuce and corn.
In a small bowl, combine the sugar, vinegar, poppy seeds, onion, salt and mustard; gradually whisk in oil.
Pour over the salad and toss to coat.
Sprinkle with red pepper.
