Three Pepper Pasta Salad

Ingredients
  Spiral pasta 12 Ounce (1 Package, Tricolor)
  Olive oil/Vegetable oil 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Red wine vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Minced fresh basil/1 tablespoon dried basil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sweet red pepper 1 Small, julienned
  Yellow pepper 1 Small, julienned
  Green pepper 1 Small, julienned
  Tomato 1 Medium, cut into thin wedges
  Sliced ripe olives 2 1⁄4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Green onions 2 Tablespoon, sliced
  Mozzarella cheese 8 Ounce, cubed
Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions.
Meanwhile, in a blender or food processor, process the oil, vinegar, basil, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper until smooth.
Drain and rinse pasta; place in a large bowl.
Add the peppers, tomato, olives and onions.
Add dressing; toss to coat.
Add mozzarella and toss.
