German Spinach Salad

Ingredients
  Fresh spinach 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Thinly sliced red onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), separated in strings
  Sliced mushrooms 8 Ounce (1 Package)
  Sesame seeds 2 Tablespoon
  Cider vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Dijon mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
Directions

1. Tear spinach into bite-sized pieces, place in a large bowl. Add onion and mushrooms,- set aside. Combine sesame seeds and remaining ingredients in a jar. Cover jar tightly, and shake vigorously. Pour dressing over salad,- toss well.
