Crisp Salad Shells
|Hot water||1 Tablespoon|
|Vanilla extract||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|6 inch flour tortillas||4|
|Ground cinnamon||1 Teaspoon|
|Vegetable cooking spray||1 Tablespoon|
Combine water and vanilla; set aside.
Coat both sides of each tortilla with cooking spray, and brush with water mixture.
Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over both sides of each tortilla.
Place each in a 6-ounce custard cup, pressing gently in center to form a cup.
Bake at 400° for 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
Cool completely in custard cups.
