Chick Pea Salad's picture
  Chickpeas 3 Cup (48 tbs) (Cooked / Canned)
  Celery stick 6 , trimmed and chopped
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Chopped fresh parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped onions/Chives / scallions 1 Tablespoon
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
  Lettuce 1

Mix the chick peas and celery together.
In a small bowl combine the mayonnaise with the lemon juice, garlic, parsley and onion.
Season to taste.
Stir the dressing into the chick peas and celery.
Wash the lettuce and line a salad bowl with the leaves.
Pile the chick pea salad into the centre and serve immediately.
