Ingredients
  Cooked multigrain mix 4 2⁄3 Cup (74.67 tbs)
  Vinaigrette dressing 3 Tablespoon
  Yellow bell peppers 1 Medium, stemmed, seeded, and finely chopped
  Green bell pepper 1 Medium, stemmed, seeded, and finely chopped
  Chopped green onion 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Firm ripe tomato 1 Large, cored and finely chopped
  Cucumber 1 Medium, peeled and finely chopped
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Let cooked grain mix cool.
In a bowl, mix grains with dressing, bell peppers, green onion, tomato, cucumber, and salt and pepper to taste.
