Apple Ball And Ham Salad
|Peeled tart apples||8|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon (Fresh / Frozen / Canned)|
|Cubed cooked ham||2 Cup (32 tbs), cubed|
|Diced celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise/Salad dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Light cream/Top milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Crumbled blue cheese||2 Ounce (1/2 Cup)|
Make balls from the apples, using melon-ball cutter or measuring teaspoon.
Sprinkle balls with lemon juice.
Combine with ham and celery.
Blend mayonnaise and cream.
Add to apple mixture and toss.
Sprinkle with blue cheese.
Trim with a star of red-skinned apple wedges, fluff of parsley.
