Combine chicken, orange, grapes, almonds and cantaloup balls or cubes.
Chill very well.
Put lettuce on 4 individual serving plates at serving time.
Cut whole cantaloup to make 4 slices about 1 inch thick.
Remove seeds and peel and place rings on lettuce.
Add mayonnaise to chicken mixture and toss lightly.
Spoon this mixture into rings of cantaloup.
Garnish each salad with a few blueberries and a sprig of mint.
