Tomato And Mozzarella Salad With Red Wine Vinegar

Ingredients
  Ripe tomatoes 2 Large, each cut into 8 wedges
  Full cream mozzarella 8 Ounce, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  Fresh basil 1 Bunch (100 gm), washed, trimmed and chopped
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Red wine vinegar 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Place tomatoes, cheese, and basil in serving bowl.
In a separate container, shake the oil and vinegar together until well blended and pour over salad, tossing ingredients to mix.
Marinate in refrigerator at least 2 hours before serving.
