Tomato And Mozzarella Salad With Red Wine Vinegar
|Ripe tomatoes||2 Large, each cut into 8 wedges|
|Full cream mozzarella||8 Ounce, cut into 1/2 inch cubes|
|Fresh basil||1 Bunch (100 gm), washed, trimmed and chopped|
|Olive oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Red wine vinegar||3 Tablespoon|
Place tomatoes, cheese, and basil in serving bowl.
In a separate container, shake the oil and vinegar together until well blended and pour over salad, tossing ingredients to mix.
Marinate in refrigerator at least 2 hours before serving.
