  Cider vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vegetable oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Poppy seeds 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pears 2 Medium, sliced
  Halved seedless green grapes 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Halved seedless grapes 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs) (Red Colored)
  Shredded sharp cheddar cheese 6 Ounce (1 1/2 Cups)

In small bowl, combine vinegar, honey and mustard.
Slowly add oil, whisking until smooth and thickened.
Stir in poppy seeds; set aside.
In large bowl, combine pears, grapes and Cheddar cheese.
Add dressing; toss gently to coat thoroughly.
