Poppy Fruit Salad
|Cider vinegar||2 Tablespoon|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Vegetable oil||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Poppy seeds||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Pears||2 Medium, sliced|
|Halved seedless green grapes||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Halved seedless grapes||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs) (Red Colored)|
|Shredded sharp cheddar cheese||6 Ounce (1 1/2 Cups)|
In small bowl, combine vinegar, honey and mustard.
Slowly add oil, whisking until smooth and thickened.
Stir in poppy seeds; set aside.
In large bowl, combine pears, grapes and Cheddar cheese.
Add dressing; toss gently to coat thoroughly.
