Avocado Citrus Jelly

Ingredients
  Orange pineapple flavored gelatin 6 Ounce (1 Package)
  Boiling water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Grapefruit carbonated beverage 16 Ounce, chilled (1 Bottle)
  Avocados 2 Medium, halved, seeded, peeled and sliced crosswise
  Grapefruit sections 1 Cup (16 tbs), cut up (1 Large Size)
  Lettuce 1
Directions

In large bowl dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Stir in grapefruit carbonated beverage.
Chill till partially set (consistency of unbeaten egg whites).
Fold in avocados and grapefruit.
Pour into 6 1/2-cup ring mold.
Chill for several hours or overnight or till firm.
Unmold onto lettuce-lined plate.
