Ingredients
  Romaine lettuce hearts 16 Ounce (1 Package)
  Navel oranges 3 Medium, peeled and sectioned
  Apples 2 Medium, peeled and chopped
  Grapefruit 1 Small, peeled and sectioned
  Pecan halves 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), toasted
  Fresh cilantro leaves 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
For dressing
  Unsweetened apple juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

In a large salad bowl, combine the romaine, oranges, apples, grapefruit, pecans and cilantro.
In ajar with a tight-fitting lid, combine salad dressing ingredients; shake well.
Drizzle over salad and toss to coat.
