Radigghio And Pear Salad

Ingredients
  Plain low fat yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Poppy seeds 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Honey 2 Teaspoon
  Firm unpeeled ripe pear 2 Large
  Pears 2 (Bartlett Or Cornice)
  Radicchio leaves 8 Large
  Crumbled roquefort cheese/Other blue cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Finely chopped walnuts 2 Teaspoon, toasted
Directions

Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl; stir well.
Cover and chill.
Cut pears in half lengthwise; core and cut length wise into thin slices.
Arrange pears on each of 4 radicchio-lined salad plates.
Drizzle each with 2 tablespoons yogurt mixture; sprinkle with cheese and walnuts.
