Cabbage And Pear Salad
|Minced garlic||2 Teaspoon|
|Rice vinegar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||3 Tablespoon|
|Prepared chinese mustard||1 Tablespoon|
|Sesame oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Watercress||1 Bunch (100 gm), tough stems removed|
|Shredded cabbage||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Red bell pepper||1⁄2 , seeded and cut into matchstick pieces|
|Apple pear/Regular pear/red skinned apple||1 , unpeeled|
|Sesame seeds||2 Teaspoon, toasted|
Combine the dressing ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until evenly blended.
Combine the watercress, cabbage, and bell pepper in a salad bowl; cover and refrigerate.
Just before serving, cut the pear into 1/2 -inch cubes and add it to the salad bowl.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until evenly coated.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
