San Francisco Crab Salad

Ingredients
  Frozen crab meat 6 Ounce, thawed and drained (1 Package)
  Diced celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Low calorie italian dressing 2 Tablespoon (Bottled)
  Liquid red pepper seasoning 1 Dash
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon wedges 4
Directions

1. Cut crab meat into medium-size chunks, carefully removing any bony tissue; add to celery in a small bowl.
2. Sprinkle with salad dressing and red pepper seasoning; toss to mix well. Chill at least 1 hour to blend flavors.
