Pasta Salad

Ingredients
  Fresh snow peas 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Broccoli flowerets 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cherry tomatoes 2 1⁄3 Cup (37.33 tbs), halved
  Fresh mushrooms 2 Cup (32 tbs), sliced
  Ripe olives 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), halved
  Pasta twists 3 Ounce, cooked
  Hot pepper cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), cubed
  Grated parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoon
  Pasta salad dressing  
  Green onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Red wine vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dijon mustard 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Fresh parsley 2 Tablespoon, snipped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Basil 1 Teaspoon
  Dill weed 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper white 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

In 2-quart.
casserole, place snow peas and 1/3cup water.
Cover.
Microwave at HIGH (10) 2 minutes.
Rinse in cold water immediately.
Drain and set aside.
Repeat same procedure with broccoli.
Drain.
In a large bowl, combine snow peas, broccoli, tomatoes, mushrooms, olives, pasta, hot pepper cheese and Parmesan cheese.
Set aside.
In ajar, combine green onion, vinegar, olive oil, mustard, parsley, garlic, basil, dillweed, salt, sugar, pepper and oregano.
Cover tightly.
Shake vigorously until well mixed.
Pour over salad mixture and toss well.
Chill several hours before serving.
