1/2 cup frozen peas
6 tablespoons Italian dressing, divided
1/4 lb. bay scallops
1/4 lb. extra-small shrimp, shelled and deveined
1/4 teaspoon dried basil leaves
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup julienne zuc
In 1-quart casserole, combine carrot, peas and 1/4 cup dressing.
Microwave at High for 2 to 3 minutes, or until colors brighten, stirring once.
In 9-inch square baking dish, combine scallops and shrimp.
Sprinkle with basil.
