Spinach And Bacon Salad
|Young spinach||1 Pound (Crisp Ones)|
|Hard cooked eggs||3 , chopped|
|Garlic french dressing||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Fry bacon until crisp, pouring off fat as it cooks.
Drain and crumble.
Tear spinach into a salad bowl.
Sprinkle bacon and eggs on top.
Pour dressing over and toss lightly.
