|Radishes||1 Bunch (100 gm), washed, trimmed, and sliced (Medium Bunch)|
|Vinegar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Freshly ground pepper||To Taste|
Combine radishes, vinegar, salt, and sugar in a medium bowl.
Allow to marinate 2 hours.
Drain on absorbent paper, squeezing to remove excess vinegar.
Add pepper to taste, and serve.
