Radish Salad

Ingredients
  Radishes 1 Bunch (100 gm), washed, trimmed, and sliced (Medium Bunch)
  Vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
Directions

Combine radishes, vinegar, salt, and sugar in a medium bowl.
Allow to marinate 2 hours.
Drain on absorbent paper, squeezing to remove excess vinegar.
Add pepper to taste, and serve.
