Pear Crunch Salad

Ingredients
  Fresh pear 6
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped ripe olives 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Crisp salad greens 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Core pears and trim tops.
Sprinkle 1 tea spoon lemon juice over each pear.
Combine celery, walnuts, olives, and mayonnaise; fill pears with celery mixture.
