Green Goddess Salad

Ingredients
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Anchovy paste 2 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Chopped chives/Chopped green onions 3 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped cooked shrimp 2 Tablespoon, cleaned
  Hard cooked egg 1 , finely chopped
  Romaine head 1⁄2
  Lettuce leaf 1 Bunch (100 gm)
  Cooked cleaned shrimp 1 Cup (16 tbs), chilled
  French endive heads 1 , sliced
  Tomatoes 3 Medium, quartered
  Cooked beets 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), drained and chilled (Julienne-Style)
Directions

Combine mayonnaise, anchovy paste, Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, and garlic.
Stir in chives, chopped shrimp, and egs.
Chill.
