Chef's Salad Bowl

  Fully cooked ham 1⁄4 Pound
  Thinly sliced cauliflower flowerets 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Sliced radishes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sliced green onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Reduced calorie italian salad dressing/French, creamy cucumber / other salad dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Torn mixed greens 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Low fat cheddar cheese 4 Ounce, cut into julienne strips
  Halved cherry tomatoes 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)

Trim separable fat from ham.
Use a sharp knife to cut the ham into julienne strips.
In a large mixing bowl combine cauliflower flowerets, radishes, and green onions.
Add salad dressing; toss to coat.
Set aside.
To serve, place torn greens in 4 individual salad bowls.
Arrange the cauliflower mixture, ham strips, cheddar cheese strips, and cherry tomato halves atop the greens.
