Chef's Salad Bowl
|Fully cooked ham||1⁄4 Pound|
|Thinly sliced cauliflower flowerets||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Sliced radishes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sliced green onions||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Reduced calorie italian salad dressing/French, creamy cucumber / other salad dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Torn mixed greens||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Low fat cheddar cheese||4 Ounce, cut into julienne strips|
|Halved cherry tomatoes||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
Trim separable fat from ham.
Use a sharp knife to cut the ham into julienne strips.
In a large mixing bowl combine cauliflower flowerets, radishes, and green onions.
Add salad dressing; toss to coat.
To serve, place torn greens in 4 individual salad bowls.
Arrange the cauliflower mixture, ham strips, cheddar cheese strips, and cherry tomato halves atop the greens.
