Fruit Salad With Poppy Seed Dressing
|Poppy seed dressing||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Torn lettuce||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Canned pineapple slices in their own juice||8 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Strawberries||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cubed honeydew melon||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Orange||1 , peeled and sectioned|
|Kiwi fruit||1 , peeled and sliced|
Prepare the Poppy Seed Dressing.
Divide the torn leaf lettuce among 4 salad plates.
Cut the pineapple slices in half.
Arrange the pineapple slices, strawberries, honeydew melon cubes, orange sections and kiwi fruit slices atop the lettuce.
If desired, brush the kiwi fruit slices with lemon juice to keep them from turning brown.
Cover and chill salad for up to 1 hour.
To serve, drizzle salad with Poppy Seed Dressing
