Ingredients
  Cucumbers 2 , peeled, sliced into rings
  Small tomatoes 1 Dozen, sliced
  Spanish onion 1 , peeled, cut
Directions

Combine all ingredients; toss lightly.
Arrange salad on individual serving plates.
Top each salad with 2 tablespoons dressing.garnish as desired and serve.
