Pasta Salad Primavera
|Trio italiano noodles||15 Ounce (3/4 Of A Package)|
|Tomatoes||2 Large, coarsely chopped|
|Cooked broccoli florets||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Frozen peas/3/4 cup cooked carrots (sliced)||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), thawed|
|Fat free caesar dressing/Fat free italian dressing||8 Ounce (1 Cup, Weight Watchers)|
|Dried basil||1 Teaspoon|
|Nonfat mozzarella cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs), grated|
|Non fat parmesan cheese||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Alpine Lace Or Weight Watchers)|
Cook noodles according to package directions, drain and rinse with cold water until cool.
In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, broccoli, peas or carrots, (or both) fat-free dressing and basil.
Add cheese and noodles; toss lightly and chill.
