|Mixed boiled sprouted pulses||175 Gram (Green Grams, Chick Peas And Green Peas Etc.)|
|Chopped apples||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Cup Equals Teacup)|
|Orange||1 (Use Segments)|
|Cut grapes||2 Tablespoon|
|Sliced white radish||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped salad leaves||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Cup Equals Teacup)|
|Chopped spinach leaves||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Cup Equals Teacup)|
|Finely chopped green chili||1|
|Curds||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Cup Equals Teacup)|
|Chopped mint leaves||2 Tablespoon|
1. Mix all the ingredients except dressing thoroughly.
2. Put to chill.
3. Just before serving, top the salad with the dressing.
