Ingredients
  Mixed boiled sprouted pulses 175 Gram (Green Grams, Chick Peas And Green Peas Etc.)
  Chopped apples 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Cup Equals Teacup)
  Orange 1 (Use Segments)
  Cut grapes 2 Tablespoon
  Sliced white radish 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped salad leaves 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Cup Equals Teacup)
  Chopped spinach leaves 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Cup Equals Teacup)
  Finely chopped green chili 1
  Salt To Taste
  Curds 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Cup Equals Teacup)
  Chopped mint leaves 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Mix all the ingredients except dressing thoroughly.
2. Put to chill.
3. Just before serving, top the salad with the dressing.
