Halibut Fruit Salad

Ingredients
  Canned mandarin orange sections 10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can, Water Packed)
  Canned pineapple tidbits in juice 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Cooked halibut/Cusk / shark / sole / tuna 12 Ounce, chilled
  Reduced calorie mayonnaise/Salad dressing 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Plain yogurt 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Curry powder 3 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Apple 1 Medium, cored and chopped
  Lettuce leaves 4
  Coconut 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), toasted
Directions

Chill the cans of orange sections and pineapple tidbits in the refrigerator till needed, then drain before using.
Break or cut fish into large chunks.
For salad, in a large mixing bowl combine mayonnaise or salad dressing, yogurt, and curry powder.
Add orange sections, pineapple, and apple.
Toss lightly to coat.
Add fish, then toss lightly again.
