Ingredients
  Seasoned rice vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon (Garlic Flavor / Regular)
  Chopped romaine lettuce 3 Cup (48 tbs), lightly packed
  Chopped lettuce 3 Cup (48 tbs), lightly packed (Red Leaf)
  Diced raw cauliflower 2 Cup (32 tbs) (1/2 Inch)
  Diced zucchini 2 Cup (32 tbs) (1/2 Inch)
  Salt To Taste
  Fresh ground pepper To Taste
Directions

1. In a large bowl, mix rice vinegar and oil.
2. Add romaine, red-leaf lettuce, cauliflower, and zucchini. Mix well and add salt and pepper to taste.
