Fall Salad Bowl
|Romaine||1 Bunch (100 gm)|
|Bibb lettuce heads||4|
|Tomatoes||3 , cut into wedges|
|Cucumber||1 , sliced|
|Avocados||2 , sliced|
|Hard cooked eggs||2 , sliced|
Line bowl with romaine.
Separate Bibb lettuce in leaves and add.
Arrange tomato wedges, cucumber, avocado, and egg slices in bowl.
Toss with Italian dressing or French mayonnaise, or serve with Thousand Island Dressing.
