Potluck Potato Salad

Ingredients
  Potatoes 5 Medium
  Low calorie french salad dressing 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sliced radishes 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Reduced calorie mayonnaise/Salad dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Prepared mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Celery seed 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Prepared horseradish 1 Teaspoon
Directions

In a covered large saucepan cook potatoes in boiling salted water for 20 to 25 minutes or till just tender; drain well.
Cool slightly.
Peel and cube potatoes.
In a large mixing bowl combine warm potatoes and French salad dressing; toss gently to coat.
Cover and chill for 2 hours.
Add celery, green pepper, onion, and radishes to the potato mixture.
For dressing, combine reduced-calorie mayonnaise or salad dressing, mustard, celery seed, salt, and, if desired, horseradish; mix well.
Add dressing to the potato mixture; toss gently.
Chill for 4 to 24 hours.
