Sunshine Salad

Ingredients
  Lemon-flavored gelatin 1 Tablespoon (1 Package)
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned crushed pineapple 20 Ounce (2 1/2 Cups, 1 Can)
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Grated carrot 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped pecans 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Drain pineapple, reserving syrup.
Add water to syrup to make 1 cup; add to gelatin, with vinegar and salt.
Chill till partially set.
Fold carrot, pineapple, and nuts into gelatin.
Turn into individual molds or 10 x 6 x 1 1/2 inch pan.
Chill till firm.
Unmold on greens.
