Rice And Ham Salad

Ingredients
  Uncooked rice 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Finely chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic clove 1 Medium, minced
  Diced fully cooked ham 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Cayenne 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Process swiss cheese 4 Ounce, shredded
Directions

In skillet, cook rice over low heat till lightly browned.
Add water, onion, soy sauce, and garlic; mix well.
Cover; cook 20 minutes or till rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
Add ham and celery; heat through.
Stir in mayonnaise, vinegar, cayenne, and cheese.
